The HotForex Execution desk is available to all live HotForex account holders. Clients can close and manage orders over the phone with the Execution trading desk when necessary. Please note that inquiries are limited to placing stops/limits to close or manage open positions only. The Execution desk is unable to take market orders or orders to open new positions.

When Should I Call The Trading Desk?
All HotForex clients are encouraged to call the Execution desk under the following situations:
Phone Trading Etiquette
To ensure that orders are placed in a timely and correct manner, we encourage all clients who contact the Execution desk to follow our Execution Desk phone trading etiquette. Please read the following example to ensure that you understand proper etiquette.
Example: Trading Desk Etiquette to close or manage a trade or via the Phone or live chat:
When calling the Execution desk, the trader should immediately specify their HotForex account number relating to the trade they want to manage or close.
Execution Desk: "Can I have your phone password, please?"
Trade Execution Investigation What If My Trade Was Executed/Closed Incorrectly?
