The HotForex Execution desk is available to all live HotForex account holders. Clients can close and manage orders over the phone with the Execution trading desk when necessary. Please note that inquiries are limited to placing stops/limits to close or manage open positions only. The Execution desk is unable to take market orders or pending orders to open new positions.

To ensure that orders are placed in a timely and correct manner, we encourage all clients who contact the Execution desk to follow our Execution Desk phone trading etiquette. Please read the following example to ensure that you understand proper etiquette.
Example: Trading Desk Etiquette to close or manage a trade or via the Phone or live chat:
When calling the Execution desk, the trader should immediately specify their HotForex account number relating to the trade they want to manage or close.
Execution Desk: 'Can I have your phone password, please?'
Trader: 'My phone password is 12345.'
Execution Desk: 'Can you please confirm the mailing address and email relating to this account?”
Trader: 'My address is 1234 Forex Street and my email is email@example.com”
Execution Desk: 'Can I have the name on this account, please?'
(The Execution Desk Agent will ask these questions in order to verify that the caller is indeed the account holder.)
Trader: 'I would like to close my long at market, 4 standard lots of EUR/USD.'
Execution Desk: 'Your close was executed at 1.3250'
Note: Our staff acts as an agent to place the trade on your behalf and not as a dealer quoting a price. Therefore, after you express the order request, our staff will inform you as to the status of the order and confirm the price of the order. HotForex will not be liable for the price change between the time the Trader requests an execution and the time the request is actually executed.
If you believe that a trade was executed incorrectly, please contact the Execution Desk via online chat, telephone or email.
Important: Make sure that you have on hand all information pertaining to the trade
including: trade ticket number, time of the trade, and nature of the problem.
The trade will be audited, and, when necessary, an adjustment will be made in
a timely manner.
